    I am getting the following error:

    configuration has not been set for this resource due to : Invalid configuration: Error retrieving value: <unixbox>/Hyperic/Ticket/createTicket.sh: Permission denied: /ngs/app/ctbd/B2BMonitor/Hyperic/Ticket/createTicket.sh

    I am trying to configure a createTicket.sh script using fileserver file platform service.My agent path is <unix box>/agent4.6.
    I have given 777 permission to script file ,folders and jars.
